Our warehouses, based in Spijkenisse give us easy
access to the motorway network and are in the centre of
the port of Rotterdam. Quite simply, they are operated
to an excellent standard.
The warehouse specifications are in accordance with CPR 15-2, enabling the storage of dangerous (ADR) goods.
Dedicated Flammable Liquids Warehouse
There is a dedicated warehouse for the storage of approximately 4000 pallets of all categories of (Class 3) flammable liquids. 2800M2 in size, the warehouse has sprinkler installations and a foam tank installation for fire fighting. Our systems house an automatic fire detection link to the local fire brigade.
Further ADR Warehousing
A second warehouse is licensed to store goods in the classes 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2 , 6, 8 and 9.
We have reserved spaces for both rack and loose storage, enabling us to offer flexible storage solutions to our customers. Our buildings have loading/unloading docks on both sides for easy access. We have a permanent staff of 12 personnel taking care of day to day business. All staff have been fully trained and are certified for working with fork lifts, dangerous goods and safety equipment. Training is subject to regular refreshers and practical exercises.”
Customs and Excise Tax Warehouse
Our Spijkenisse has a permit to store both import and excise duty goods under bond. This facility is particularly of interest to our clients who wish to avoid or delay payment of import duties. The excise bond enables customers to store and distribute products such as fuel additives which may attract additional fuel tax.
Access to Live Stock Records via the Internet
Our ‘state of the art’ warehouse management system includes an option for our customers to securely log-in via our web site and access live stock information.
Customers are able to have an up to the minute view of inventory levels, despatches and receipts. Data may be downloaded for further use. Opportunities also exist for bespoke reporting to meet individual customers needs.
